Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Google Analytics Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for tracking website performance, analyzing user behavior, generating reports, and helping improve digital marketing performance through data insights.
This role is ideal for someone interested in web analytics, digital marketing, reporting, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Track user behavior, conversions, and campaign performance
- Set up goals, events, and custom tracking
- Work with marketing and development teams to improve website performance
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Assist in dashboard creation and data visualization
- Ensure proper tracking implementation across websites
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Understanding of website metrics such as:
- Users
- Sessions
- Bounce Rate
- Conversion Rate
- Traffic Sources
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with:
