The Overseas Accountant will be responsible for managing the accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities related to the company's export operations in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. The role involves monitoring financial performance, preparing management reports, ensuring accurate accounting records, coordinating with overseas teams, and supporting strategic financial planning.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management
- Maintain and oversee accounting records for Saudi Arabia and Kuwait operations.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, payables, and inventory transactions.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements for overseas operations.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights on profitability, costs, and operational efficiency.
- Consolidate overseas financial data with head office accounts.
- Ensure timely submission of management reports and financial statements.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts for Saudi and Kuwait markets.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and investigate variances.
- Support management in financial planning and cost-control initiatives.
Pay: ₹8,554.46 - ₹45,000.00 per month
