Job Summary
The Contract Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for managing third-party manufacturing operations, coordinating with contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs/CDMOs), ensuring timely production, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving business growth through effective client and vendor management.
Key ResponsibilitiesContract Manufacturing Operations
- Manage end-to-end third-party manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure timely production and dispatch.
- Monitor production schedules and resolve operational issues.
Vendor & Client Management
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new contract manufacturing partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and vendors.
- Conduct periodic performance reviews of manufacturing partners.
Technology Transfer & Product Launches
- Coordinate technology transfer activities with manufacturing sites.
- Support new product development and commercialization activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of product transfers and scale-up activities.
Regulatory & Quality Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, WHO-GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate audits, CAPA implementation, and quality agreements.
- Work closely with QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, and Production teams.
Commercial & Business Coordination
- Negotiate manufacturing costs and commercial agreements.
- Monitor project profitability and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support business development activities related to contract manufacturing.

Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / MBA (preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in managing multiple contract manufacturing partners.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in formulations (Tablet, Capsule, Liquid, Ointment, Injectables) will be preferred.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
