What You Will Do
Field Outreach & Partner Visits
- Visit clinics, gyms, wellness centres, Ayurveda centres, yoga studios, and diagnostic labs across Delhi NCR
- Introduce GRASA to doctors, nutritionists, wellness practitioners, and centre managers
- Leave behind brand material and collect contact information for follow-up
- Build an ongoing relationship with 10–15 referral touchpoints over the internship period
- Attend health events, wellness fairs, and community programmes as a GRASA representative when required
Lead Generation & Tracking
- Identify and qualify new leads from field visits — record name, concern, and contact in a daily log
- Hand over warm leads to the senior team for consultation within the same day
- Maintain a clean lead tracker (Google Sheet) — no lead left unlogged
- Meet a weekly target of qualified leads as agreed with the team
Telecalling
- Make outbound calls to warm leads generated from field visits or enquiry forms
- Follow a provided calling script — introduce GRASA, assess interest, and book a free consultation
- Handle basic queries confidently using training material provided at onboarding
- Log every call outcome — spoke, callback, not interested, booked — same day
WhatsApp & Follow-Up
- Send follow-up WhatsApp messages to leads who did not convert on first contact
- Use approved message templates — no off-script communication
- Coordinate with Deepti (Director) for consultation scheduling and handover
What We Are Looking For
Background
- Any graduate or final-year student — BBA, MBA, BSc, Mass Comm, or similar
- Delhi NCR based — this is a field role; daily travel across the city is required
- Prior experience in field sales, telecalling, or direct marketing is an advantage — not mandatory
What You Must Have
- Confidence walking into a clinic or gym and introducing yourself and the brand
- Clear spoken Hindi and English — you will speak to doctors, receptionists, gym owners, and clients
- A phone, a two-wheeler or Metro access, and willingness to travel within Delhi NCR
- Discipline with documentation — leads not logged are leads lost
Mindset
- You are comfortable with rejection — not every visit converts, and that is expected
- You represent GRASA in the field — your conduct, appearance, and communication reflect the brand
- You take ownership of your weekly lead target — you do not wait to be reminded
What You Get
Stipend: ₹5,000–8,000 per month based on output
