We are seeking a confident, presentable, and professional candidate who can represent the company in domestic and international meetings, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and support management in business communications and events.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Business Coordination
Attend domestic and international client meetings on behalf of the company
Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams before and after meetings
Manage follow-ups, meeting outcomes, and business communication
Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Representation & Events
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and corporate events
Assist in organizing and managing business meetings and events
Ensure professional brand representation at all official engagements
Management Support
Assist senior management during business discussions and negotiations
Prepare meeting notes, reports, and follow-up documentation
Ensure timely updates and reporting after meetings and events
Communication & Documentation
Handle professional communication via email, calls, and in-person interactions
Draft emails, presentations, and basic reports
Maintain confidentiality of business information
Travel & Coordination
Travel domestically and internationally as required for meetings and events
Adapt to flexible working hours during travel or events
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication & Personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
Strong presentation, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Confident, polished, and professional personality
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Personal Attributes
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Ability to handle meetings and events independently
High level of professionalism and discretion
Experience
0-2 years of experience in client handling, coordination, PR, corporate relations, or business support
Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills are welcome to apply
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel frequently (Domestic & International)
