HIRING – SALES MANAGER (MID LEVEL)
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Location: Idukki, Kerala
Position: Sales Manager (Mid Level)
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of sales experience preferred
✅ Prior experience in FMCG sales is highly preferred
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Experience in distributor and retailer management is an advantage
✅ Ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities
✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
✅ Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand sales in assigned territories
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information
Salary: Competitive and based on experience
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
