We are looking for highly skilled and proactive Social Media Executive who can manage our social media presence while also handling customer communication and floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers, photographers, and marketing teams.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and social media.
- Assist in managing daily floor operations and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Coordinate with sales staff and support store management activities.
Requirements:
- Experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage both digital and in-store responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Canva, video editing, and social media trends is preferred.
- Confident, responsible, and presentable personality.
