Perform design analysis to ensure mechanical components can withstand operational loads, thermal conditions, and environmental stresses.
Collaborate with the electrical design team to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical elements in panel assemblies.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (such as IEC, UL, IS) and company specifications in all mechanical designs.
Conduct design validation and prototype testing to verify the performance and functionality of mechanical components.
Identify areas for cost reduction, product improvement, and manufacturing efficiency without compromising product quality or safety.
Provide technical support to production teams during the manufacturing process to address design-related issues.
Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and other components to optimize the cost, performance, and aesthetics of the panel assemblies.
Work with suppliers and vendors to source mechanical components, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Participate in design reviews, providing input to improve the overall design and functionality of the panels.Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all design work, revisions, and approval processes.
