We are seeking an experienced trader, educator, and programme designer to build and deliver a high-quality trading education programme for UK-based students. The successful candidate will combine deep trading expertise with modern AI capabilities, designing a curriculum that teaches students how to leverage AI tools responsibly and effectively throughout the trading process.
Essential RequirementsTrading Expertise
- Minimum 5+ years of active trading experience.
- Strong understanding of:
- Technical Analysis
- Market Structure
- Risk Management
- Trading Psychology
- Position Sizing
- Strategy Development and Testing
- Multiple asset classes (Equities, Forex, Futures, Options, Crypto)
Educational & Programme Design Experience
- Proven experience designing structured learning programmes or professional training courses.
- Experience creating lesson plans, assessments, practical exercises, and learning pathways.
- Demonstrated ability to teach complex topics to beginners and intermediate learners.
AI & Technology Expertise (Mandatory)
The candidate must demonstrate practical experience using AI tools within trading workflows.
Required capabilities include:
- Using AI tools to support market research and analysis.
- Applying AI to idea generation, trade planning, and strategy development.
- Teaching students how to use AI responsibly while avoiding common pitfalls and biases.
- Experience with tools such as:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Gemini
- Perplexity
- TradingView AI-enabled features
- AI-based market analysis and research platforms
- Understanding of prompt engineering for trading applications.
- Ability to identify where AI adds value and where human judgement remains critical.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching UK-based learners.
- Experience building AI-enabled trading workflows.
- Experience with Python, data analysis, or algorithmic trading.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts applied to financial markets.
- Experience creating online learning programmes and educational content.
