Job Description:
Sanskar School, Jaijaipur is seeking a dedicated and skilled Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Mathematics. The candidate will be responsible for teaching middle and secondary classes as per the Chhattisgarh State Board curriculum and ensuring strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to middle and secondary classes (Classes 6–10).
- Plan and deliver clear, engaging, and concept-based lessons.
- Prepare students for school and board examinations.
- Create and evaluate assignments, class tests, and exam papers.
- Maintain student academic records and monitor progress.
- Provide extra support and remedial classes for weak students.
- Participate in academic planning and school activities.
- Use innovative and activity-based teaching methods where possible.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Mathematics.
- B.Ed. degree preferred.
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage (freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply).
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
Skills Required:
- Strong conceptual knowledge in Mathematics.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and concepts.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (for digital teaching tools).
