Hiring: Safety Officer
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations across our project sites.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
✔ Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
✔ Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company safety standards
✔ Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions
✔ Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training programs
✔ Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events and prepare reports
✔ Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices at site
✔ Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities
✔ Maintain safety records, permits, and compliance documentation
✔ Promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors
Qualifications:
✅ Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, or related field
✅ Certified Safety Officer qualification preferred (ADIS, IOSH, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
✅ Experience in Solar, EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Mining, or Industrial Projects preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, and permit-to-work systems
✅ Good communication and reporting skills
