Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and impactful content across various platforms, including websites, social media, marketing materials, corporate communications, and promotional campaigns.
The selected candidate will work closely with the management team to understand the organization's vision, business objectives, brand positioning, and communication requirements. During the initial training and onboarding period, the candidate should be willing to travel frequently to different business locations and operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's activities and content needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, brochures, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Create compelling content aligned with the company’s branding and communication strategy.
- Work closely with management and various departments to gather information and translate business requirements into engaging content.
- Visit company locations, projects, and business units to understand operations and generate relevant content.
- Assist in creating corporate profiles, press releases, newsletters, reports, and internal communications.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to create relevant content.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and digital teams to create effective campaigns and promotional materials.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and company standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, English, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, corporate communications, or digital content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong research, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in social media content creation and digital marketing content is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and content management platforms is an advantage.
