Registrar
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's Degree with excellent academic record.
- Minimum 10–15 years of administrative experience in higher education institutions.
- Strong knowledge of university regulations, statutory compliance, and academic administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Administration:
- Oversee academic administration, student records, and institutional documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with affiliating universities, regulatory bodies, and government agencies.
Governance and Compliance:
- Manage institutional policies, legal documentation, and governance processes.
- Supervise examinations, admissions, and academic records.
- Support accreditation, inspections, and regulatory audits.
Human Resources (HR) Head/ Executive
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, employee engagement, and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Coordinate faculty and staff hiring as per institutional requirements.
Employee Relations and Development:
- Oversee performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Organize training, development, and welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and institutional regulations.
HR Operations:
- Maintain employee records, payroll coordination, and attendance systems.
- Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive and productive work culture.
