Job Description: Amazon PPC Ads Expert
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our advertising campaigns across Amazon Sponsored Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of improving ROAS and driving profitable sales growth for D2C or e-commerce brands.
Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Strategy & Setup
- Develop and execute PPC strategies for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
- Build structured PPC campaigns optimized for visibility, conversions, and ACoS improvement.
2. Campaign Optimization
- Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, keywords, placements, and targeting.
- Conduct negative keyword research to minimize wasted ad spend.
- Implement keyword harvesting from auto to manual campaigns.
- Optimize product listings for higher ad relevancy (title, bullets, A+ content feedback).
3. Budget & Performance Management
- Plan and allocate monthly PPC budgets.
- Track KPIs including ACoS, ROAS, TACoS, CTR, CVR.
- Identify growth opportunities and scale profitable campaigns.
4. Analytics & Reporting
- Generate weekly and monthly PPC performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency.
- Use tools such as Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with the catalog, creative, and inventory teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Coordinate on product launches and promotional events (Lightning Deals, Coupons, Prime Day, BMSM).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
- Expertise in keyword research, bid optimization, and campaign structuring.
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reports).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with third-party tools (Helium 10, PAC, DataDive, etc.) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in D2C or Consumer Electronics / FMCG / Home Appliances category.
- Amazon Ads certification is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of SEO for Amazon Listings.
