Job Summary:
We require an experienced fitter who can read drawings, perform accurate fit-up, and support fabrication of structural components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and layout plans
- Perform marking, alignment, and fit-up of structural members
- Ensure dimensional accuracy before welding
- Coordinate with welders for proper joint preparation
- Maintain quality standards and minimize rework
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of drawing reading and measurement tools
- Experience in structural fit-up (beams, columns, built-up sections)
- Ability to handle fabrication tools and equipment
Preferred:
- Experience in PEB / heavy steel fabrication
- Leadership ability (for senior fitter roles)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
