Post: Pre-sales Engineer (Data Center & IT Infra)

We are looking to hire a Presales professional with strong experience in Data Center, Servers, Storage, Networking, SDN, Cybersecurity, and Cloud solutions within enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
The candidate should possess sound knowledge of enterprise and data center infrastructure technologies, architectures, and solution design, with the ability to understand customer technical and business requirements and translate them into appropriate business and technology solutions.
The role requires the capability to prepare Bill of Materials (BoM), high-level designs (HLD), Low level Designs (LLD), Traffic Flow diagrams, technical solution documents, and commercial/technical proposals aligned with customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and analyzing customer business and technical requirements
- Translating customer requirements into solution architectures and business requirements
- Preparing BoM, HLDs, LLDs, solution documents, and technical proposals
- Managing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and technical questionnaires
- Designing and positioning solutions across Data Center, Servers, Storage, Networking, SDN, Cybersecurity, and Cloud domains
- Coordinating with OEMs, vendors, distributors, and technology partners
- Working closely with delivery and implementation teams for solution alignment
- Supporting the sales team during customer engagements and opportunity discussions
- Participating in customer meetings, presentations, workshops, and technical discussions
- Providing technical consultation and solution positioning aligned with customer business objectives
As we are a vendor-agnostic organization, the ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on and solutioning knowledge across leading OEM and technology platforms such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell Technologies, Nutanix, Cisco, VMware, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and other enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity solution providers.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and solutioning skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, OEMs, partners, and internal teams throughout the presale’s lifecycle.
Mandatory Requirements : Relevant demonstrated experience and Industry certifications

Work experience and educational background that a candidate should have when applying for the position
- B.E / B.Tech.
- Years of Exp.: 5 – 8Years of relevant experience.
Working conditions
- General Shift.
- Must be flexible to extend working hours when needed.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
