Job description
1) Preparation of BOQ.
2) Preparation of BBS
3) Cost Analysis & Analysis of rates
4) Analyzing project viability by assessing initial requirements, labor, materials, and timeframes.
5) Developing a detailed financial blueprint and allocating budgets to keep the development financially on track
6) Drafting comprehensive documents that list, measure, and price all materials, parts, and labor required for the build.
7) Tracking and forecasting project expenditures to ensure enough liquidity is maintained throughout the construction lifecycle.
8) Conducting site inspections and measurements to assess the work completed, subsequently authorizing and processing progress payments to contractors.
9) Evaluating the cost and schedule impacts of any scope changes or design variations, and negotiating adjustments accordingly.
10) Upon project completion, consolidating all costs, variations, and claims to finalize the total financial accounts fairly.
11) Identifying potential financial risks, offering cost-effective alternatives (value engineering), and advising on or resolving contractual disputes.
12) estimate and control construction costs to ensure projects stay within budget.
13) Detailed study of drawings and Contract Agreement.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
