Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our CNC Plasma, Laser, and Oxy-Fuel Cutting Machines. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with customers, preparing quotations, coordinating sales activities, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through phone calls, email, social media, and online platforms.
- Follow up on inquiries from Meta Ads, IndiaMART, website, and other marketing sources.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines.
- Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and product brochures.
- Coordinate customer visits, product demonstrations, and machine installations.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Follow up with customers until order confirmation and payment collection.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with the service and production teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Ability to learn technical products quickly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to travel when required.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
- Experience in industrial machinery, engineering products, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)
