About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Corporate Leasing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in real estate sales and develop strong client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads for corporate leasing opportunities
- Interact with corporate clients to understand their office space requirements
- Schedule and conduct site visits
- Coordinate with internal teams for deal closure
- Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
