Factory Production Manager – Fixed & Loose Furniture
Factory Industry: Interior Design & Turnkey Projects
Locations - Vasind, Thane.
Experience: 10–15 Years
Skills - production of fixed furniture and loose furniture as per approved designs and drawings.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end production of fixed furniture and loose furniture as per approved designs and drawings.
· Understand design drawings, shop drawings, BOQ, specifications, materials, and finishes.
· Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Project, and Site teams to ensure smooth production.
· Ensure furniture is manufactured as per design intent, dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.
· Monitor production schedules, manpower, material availability, and productivity.
· Conduct quality checks at different stages of production and ensure zero-defect / minimum-rework output.
· Identify design or technical issues before production and coordinate with the design team for resolution.
· Supervise carpentry, polishing, modular furniture, upholstery, metal, glass, and other related production activities.
· Ensure proper finishing, edge detailing, hardware fitting, alignment, and overall Required Skills
· Strong understanding of interior furniture design and manufacturing.
· Excellent knowledge of fixed furniture and loose furniture.
· Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD/shop drawings and technical details.
· Strong knowledge of materials, hardware, finishes, and production techniques.
· Experience in hotel, commercial, residential, or turnkey interior projects will be preferred.
