Role Overview
We are hiring dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executives (BDEs) to expand our client base, generate leads, and drive business growth through direct client interaction and field visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the market
- Visit clients and conduct field meetings regularly
- Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Present company services and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales or business development
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive approach
- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
