Job Description
Madras Mechanical Institute is seeking a dedicated Tele caller to join our admissions team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, answering inquiries, and assisting with the admissions process. This is a key role for someone who is communicative, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping students take the first step toward their education in mechanical engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about available programs, admission requirements, and application procedures.
- Respond to incoming inquiries, addressing questions regarding courses, fees, eligibility, and enrollment steps.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all student interactions, ensuring follow-ups are timely and informative.
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, providing assistance with application completion and submission.
- Meet call and enrollment targets and deliver a positive experience that reflects the institute’s values.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or admissions roles.
- Knowledge of technical or mechanical education programs is a plus.
- Ability to handle high call volumes professionally and efficiently.
