Role Overview
IT Recruitment Lead to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for technology roles. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing high-volume hiring, leading recruitment teams, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver best-in-class hiring outcomes across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Delivery
o Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and achievement of hiring targets.
o Drive recruitment strategy execution for bulk, lateral, and corporate function hiring across IT and technology roles.
o Ensure adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and process excellence.
- Stakeholder & Client Management
o Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders.
o Act as a key point of contact for escalations and complex hiring challenges.
o Provide strategic hiring insights and workforce planning support.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management
o Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.
o Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality of hire.
o Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Process & Metrics Management
o Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs and metrics.
o Leverage data insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
o Drive continuous process improvements and adoption of best practices.
- Employer Branding & Market Intelligence
o Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor practices.
o Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in HRO services or talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a team management role.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume IT and corporate hiring across India.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling escalations.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or technology-driven environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and drive decisions.
