Job Description
A Marketing Executive develops and implements marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and support business growth. They work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Develop content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertising materials
- Manage social media platforms and monitor engagement
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
- Organize promotional events, product launches, or brand activations
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Time management and ability to handle multiple projects
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
