Operate and monitor plant processes using DCS/SCADA systems.
- Maintain process parameters within specified limits.
- Start-up, shutdown, and troubleshoot plant equipment as per SOPs. Ensure production targets are achieved without compromising safety or quality.
- Optimize plant operations to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Follow all safety procedures, work permits, and emergency protocols.
- Identify unsafe conditions and report immediately.
- Coordinate with field operators for smooth plant operation.
- Communicate shift activities and issues effectively during handovers.
- Maintain log sheets, shift reports, and operational data.
- Record deviations and corrective actions taken.
- Report any abnormalities or incidents to supervisors.

Minimum 2 years of experience in process industry, paint industry, Polymerization industry,
- Diploma (Chemical) / MSC Chemistry
- Strong knowledge of DCS/PLC systems,
- Understanding of process control and instrumentation Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts (6+2 patten, 24/7 operations)
- Good communication, teamwork and basic computer skills
