· Min 5-6 years of construction experience in Real Estate Company and knowledge of site execution works.
Job description
· Inspect and evaluate MEP installations on-site to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
· Prepare technical reports (Electrical works, AC and Plumbing), documentation, and drawings as needed for project updates and compliance purposes.
· Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality installation of electrical, AC and Plumbing systems.
· Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations, as well as provide technical support during construction phases.
· Proficiency required in the Handover Procedures, attending and clearing all snag points.
· Post-project completion, the inspection and preparation of As-Built Drawings, Documentation, and similar tasks.
· Prepare and review electrical /AC plans/Plumbing layouts, specifications, and cost estimates.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project requirements
· Ability to assist in taking measurements and preparation of Bill statements.
· Should be able to handle critical Electrical Maintenance issues on sites.
Additional Qualities:
· Proficiency in AutoCAD software for electrical design.
· Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Effective communication skills for interfacing with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
· Proficient in MS office-MS word/ MS excel/ MS PowerPoint.
· Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient electrical design practices.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
