- Contact and follow up with leads provided through CRM, digital campaigns, referrals, and channel partners.
- Generate new leads through personal networking and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales successfully.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and property campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and site visit targets
