Experience: Freshers or prior experience in Panchkarma / Ayurveda therapy preferred
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Panchkarma Ayurveda Therapist responsible for assisting in the execution of Panchkarma therapies, maintaining therapy rooms, supporting guest services, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the wellness centre under the guidance of the Centre Manager.
Key ResponsibilitiesTherapy & Treatment Support
- Perform Panchkarma and Ayurveda therapies as instructed by the Centre Manager or supervising therapist
- Assist in preparing clients for treatments and ensuring proper therapy execution
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all therapies and treatments
- Support in delivering wellness packages and additional therapy services offered by the centre
Guest Interaction & Support
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Guide guests regarding therapy sessions and package details when required
- Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for all clients
Centre Coordination
- Coordinate daily activities with the Centre Manager and other team members
- Assist in scheduling and managing therapy appointments
- Support smooth workflow between reception, therapy rooms, and housekeeping
Cleanliness & Maintenance
- Clean and maintain therapy rooms, bathrooms, and related areas
- Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
- Change linens, arrange towels, and manage laundry duties as required
Inventory & Setup
- Assist in organizing and maintaining therapy supplies and inventory
- Ensure therapy rooms are properly set up before and after each session
- Report shortages or requirements to the Centre Manager
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Panchkarma and Ayurveda therapies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness
- Team-oriented attitude
Other Requirements
- Willingness to perform both therapy and housekeeping duties
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends if required
- Professional and respectful behavior towards guests and staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
