Role Overview
We are seeking an aggressive, highly networked, and result-driven Regional Sales Head (Marketing & Admissions) for Bihar. The primary objective of this role is to drive student enrollment by building, expanding, and managing a robust network of Educational Consultants, Admission Agents, and School/Coaching Teachers across Patna and the wider Bihar region.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Network Building: Identify, onboard, and manage educational consultants and freelance admission agents across Bihar to secure student references.
- Teacher Liaisoning: Connect with school/college teachers and coaching institute faculty to create an active referral network for upcoming admissions.
- Admission Drive: Meet admission targets by effectively positioning the college's programs (BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, PGDM etc.) through partners.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external partners, managing their queries, campus visits, and payout/commission cycles smoothly.
- Market Penetration: Conduct field visits, seminars, and networking meets across targeted districts in Bihar to increase college visibility.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in Education Marketing, College/University Admissions, or B2B EdTech Sales.
- Existing Network: A strong, pre-existing network of educational consultants, agents, and teachers in Bihar is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. Must be a target-oriented go-getter.
- Mobility: Based in Patna with a willingness to travel across various districts of Bihar for partner meets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
