Requirements
· Background in business skills, project management, troubleshooting and analysis.
· Proven working experience as a project administrator in manufacturing sector
· Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in machine manufacturing and software development
· Excellent communication skills.
· Comfortable managing multiple tasks.
· Problem-solving aptitude.
· Should have experience of minimum 5 to 6 years
· Should have some experience of machine building
· Should be technically strong having knowledge of Mechanical, Pneumatic, Electrical and preferably programming.
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Project
Project Manager Responsibilities
· Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope
· Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and track progress.
· Setting daily targets and updating the progress on daily basis
· Manage changes in project scope and schedule.
· Perform risk management and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
· Use Microsoft Project for project tracking
· Coordinate resources from various internal departments
· Coordination with Design, Manufacturing, Assembly and Electrical teams
· Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
· Ensure resource availability and allocation
· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
· Report and escalate to management as needed
· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
· Machine internal trials at Ramani as per the specifications agreed with customers
· Machine trials with customer at Ramani as per the specifications agreed with customers
· Responsibility for machines installation and commissioning at customer site
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
