Job Summary
We are seeking a experienced Student Counsellor who is comfortable with outbound and inbound calling to counsel prospective students and convert leads into enrollments. The role requires strong communication skills, regular follow-ups, and a target-oriented approach. .
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and handle inbound enquiry calls
Counsel students and parents about courses, training programs, and career options
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
Follow up on leads through calls, messages, and emails
Convert enquiries into admissions by effective counselling
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions
Meet monthly counselling and enrollment targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Strong verbal communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-based work
Ability to build rapport with students and parents
