JOB DESCRIPTION
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues.
- Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot solar PV systems.
- Diagnose faults in solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and other electrical components.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Support solar installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Check system performance and identify generation-related issues.
- Carry out electrical wiring, cable termination, and basic fault finding.
- Maintain service reports, site-visit reports, and customer complaint records.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for complex issues.
- Explain basic system operation and maintenance procedures to customers.
- Follow all electrical and site safety procedures.
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and service materials properly.
- Travel to customer/project sites as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
