Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance Incentive (Up to ₹10,000/month)
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Trainer to enhance students' communication and language proficiency. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging training sessions focused on English grammar, pronunciation, phonetics, vocabulary, accent neutralization, and public speaking skills, preparing students for successful careers in customer-facing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom training on English Grammar, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Phonetics, Accent Neutralization, and Public Speaking.
- Conduct interactive sessions to improve spoken and written English.
- Train students on voice modulation, fluency, and communication skills.
- Assess student performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
- Support students in interview preparation and confidence building.
- Ensure high-quality learning outcomes through engaging and practical teaching methods.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- BA in English / MA in English.
Experience
- 7–20 years of English teaching experience.
- Experience in Schools (Class 10–12), Colleges, Educational Institutions, Coaching Centres, or Academies is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong command of English Grammar and Vocabulary.
- Excellent pronunciation and accent training skills.
- Expertise in Phonetics and Voice & Accent.
- Public Speaking and Presentation Skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Age: 30–50 years.
- Passionate about teaching and mentoring students.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel (optional).

- Centre Operations Manager / Regional Delivery Head.
