Job Description - Customer Success Associate
Join our team as a Customer Success Associate and play a key role in scaling our rewards-based app. You’ll help
create smooth, engaging experiences for users and clients while contributing directly to our growth and long-term
success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Resolve user queries across email, chat, and calls to ensure a smooth,
high-satisfaction experience.
2. Platform & Campaign Management: Configure offers, monitor performance, and ensure
campaigns run accurately and efficiently.
3. Collaboration & Quality: Partner with sales and operations teams to address concerns and
support testing of new features.
4. Data & Process Improvement: Track operational insights, maintain documentation, and help
improve workflows and support processes.
What are we looking for?
1. Education & Mindset: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, with a
proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
2. Communication & Problem Solving: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to resolve customer issues effectively and thoughtfully.
3. Tools & Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms, and analytics tools, with a keen
eye for detail and strong multitasking abilities.
4. Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of performance marketing or affiliate marketing is
an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
