We are seeking a result-driven Business Development Executive who can own the full sales cycle from lead generation and pre-sales to client onboarding and post-sales relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, networking, pitching solutions, and closing deals, while also ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.

- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and source potential clients through:
- Cold calling
- Online research (LinkedIn, directories, etc.)
- Referrals and inbound leads.
- Actively participate in:
- Business networking events
- Industry meetups
- Exhibitions and seminars
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Pre-Sales Activities
- Understand client requirements and business needs
- Conduct initial discussions and qualify prospects
- Prepare and deliver:
- Sales pitches
- Proposals and presentations
- Product/service demos
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, tech) to create tailored solutions
- Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel
- Sales Closure & Revenue Generation
- Convert prospects into paying clients
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong conversion ratios from leads to closures
- Post-Sales & Client Relationship Management
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Act as a point of contact for clients post-closure
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Account Management & Retention
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients
- Ensure high client retention and repeat business
- Address client concerns and escalate when necessary
- Gather feedback and share insights with internal teams.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Leads
- Opportunities
- Client interactions
- Update CRM or tracking sheets regularly
- Submit weekly reports on:
- Pipeline status
- Conversions
- Revenue generated
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in cold calling and pitching
- Good understanding of the sales process and customer handling
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong understanding of our services & products
- Website Development
- Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media)
- SaaS products like WhatsApp API (preferred)
