· Helping new users with hardware and software issues.
· Conducting performance checks for newly installed software and hardware
· Troubleshooting software, hardware and other IT equipment issues
· Maintaining hardware and software inventory
· Any IT certification will be an added advantage, like MCSE & CCNA
· Maintaining IT infrastructure.
· Finding software errors through troubleshooting.
· Communication is must (Telugu, Hindi & English)
