The CRM Head will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining effective communication with domestic and international customers and vendors. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving customer issues, maintaining records, and improving customer retention.
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, and Operations teams.
- Maintain customer databases and CRM records.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Communicate and negotiate with Chinese and other international vendors.
- Prepare reports and analyze customer feedback.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage communication through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
