The Opportunity & Earning Structure
As an independent Freelance Representative, you will present this proprietary technology directly to Purchase Directors, QA Managers, Plant Heads, and Factory Owners.
- Type: Freelance / Independent Field Representative (Pure Performance/Commission Basis).
- Initial Kicker: 10% Commission on the initial trial order from every new account closed.
- Recurring Income: 5% Perpetual Commission on all repeat monthly reorders for the life of the account (paid immediately upon payment realization).
- Earning Potential: ₹50,000 to ₹5,000,000+ per month (uncapped; closing a single Tier-1 auto supplier or large appliance line generates huge, recurring monthly payouts).
- Upfront Costs: Nil. No fixed salary or travel allowance; ideal for self-driven reps looking for high-margin add-on income on their existing factory rounds.
Requirements & Preferred Background
- Own Two-Wheeler Required: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for field visits across industrial belts/MIDC zones.
- Open to local field sales representatives, independent industrial agents, or motivated candidates with clear communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, or English).
- Representatives currently visiting Tier-1 auto suppliers, fabricators, or paint shops selling industrial paints, powder coating, cutting oils, or hardware are highly preferred.
- Selected candidates will receive a complete technical briefing, orientation, and product demonstration material directly from the technology developer/inventor.
