Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
- Manage social media platforms and support digital marketing initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor and report on marketing activities and lead conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Freshers with strong knowledge of marketing concepts, digital marketing, and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and field marketing activities.
- Experience in the solar, renewable energy, or electrical industry will be an added advantage.
