- 10+ years of experience in banking / Society / NBFC / Nidhi/ any other Finance Companies. DEPOSITS ,GOLD LOAN AND INSURANCE
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of the market trends and customer preferences
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Recruitment of sales team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
MUST KNOW TAMIL OR MALAYALAM LANGUAGE
