We are hiring Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) for an onsite role in Bangalore with Enaviya Technologies (Product SaaS) – a fast-growing software solutions company specializing in enterprise-grade digital transformation services.
- Drive B2B sales in the Indian market, focusing on manufacturing and enterprise customers
- Independently source and maintain a qualified customer database
- Identify and reach out to decision-makers to understand business requirements and assess if the company requires any of our services
- Qualify leads through structured conversations before passing them to the BDM.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Proven experience in B2B sales (manufacturing/enterprise clients – combination acceptable)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Exposure to handling enterprise-level accounts in the Indian market
