Job Description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading telecom client (Vodafone) in Thane.
Process:
- 80% Chat Support
- 20% Voice (Inbound Calls)
Eligibility
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Chat, Email Support, or Inbound Calling
- Excellent English communication skills (V4 level)
- Willing to work in rotational shifts
Salary
- Gross Salary: Up to ₹23,000/month
- In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹18,500/month
Shift Timings
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
- Rotational shifts
- 1 Rotational Week Off
