Office Maintenance & Housekeeping
- Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Clean workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, reception area, and common spaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of office furniture, equipment, and fixtures.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as required.
Pantry & Refreshments
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, guests, and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area.
- Ensure adequate stock of pantry items and inform the concerned person when replenishment is required.
Administrative Support
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Deliver documents and parcels within and outside the office when required.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.
- Support administrative staff with day-to-day office activities.
Office Assistance
- Handle courier dispatches and receipt of packages.
- Assist in purchasing office supplies and miscellaneous items.
- Help in shifting office materials, files, and equipment as needed.
- Report maintenance issues and repair requirements to the administration team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Standard / Higher Secondary (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of office procedures and hygiene standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,578.71 per month
