Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customers through field sales, telecalling, references, and lead generation activities.
- Promote and sell Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Guide customers through the complete loan application and documentation process.
- Follow up with customers until successful loan approval and disbursement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal processing teams for smooth and timely loan approvals.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and daily activity updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in Loan Sales, Banking Sales, BFSI Sales, Financial Product Sales, Credit Card Sales, Insurance Sales, CASA Sales, or Direct Sales.
- Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Freshers with exceptional sales skills and confidence may also apply.
