ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for managing overall center operations, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth patient service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Centre operations management and staff supervision (Nurses, Phlebotomists, Receptionists)
- Revenue growth through prescription conversion and database engagement
- Local marketing and hotspot activities for patient footfall
- Coordination with doctors and healthcare teams
- Handling patient concerns and operational issues
- Inventory management and compliance adherence
ELIGIBILITY
- Any Graduate (BHM / MHA preferred)
- 2–3 years experience in Healthcare / Hospital / Diagnostics / Nursing Home (mandatory)
- Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
- Target-driven mindset
WORK DETAILS
Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)
Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Salary: As per market standards + PF + Mediclaim
