Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Immigration Counsellor / Sr. Immigration Counsellor / Team Leader (Sales) to guide prospective clients regarding immigration and visa services (PR, WP, Tourist Visa). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, understand client requirements, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and client inquiries regarding immigration and visa services.
- Understand clients' profiles and recommend suitable immigration programs based on eligibility.
- Explain the complete immigration process, documentation requirements, timelines, and service offerings.
- Conduct detailed counselling sessions through phone calls, video meetings, or face-to-face interactions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective counselling and objection handling.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams to ensure a smooth client experience after enrolment.
- Keep updated with changes in immigration policies and visa regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required.
- Ensure complete compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and quality standards.
Required Skills:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 06–3 years of experience in Immigration Sales, Overseas Education, International HR Recruiter, or International Sales
- For Team leader (We are looking for experience in immigration industry only)
- Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Compensation:
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
