Lahari Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate firm with a dedicated in-house legal team of 6 advocates, exclusively handling matters related to property law. We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to join our legal team and support day-to-day litigation, documentation, and due diligence work.

We don't treat this as an assisting role. You'll handle drafting and other core tasks on your own from early on, with an advocate reviewing your work. With 6 advocates handling property matters exclusively, that review comes with direct, hands-on mentorship. And because the practice stays within one area of law, the work goes deep rather than wide — a real path to becoming genuinely specialized in property law.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft plaints, affidavits, counters, and other legal pleadings
- Conduct title verification and property due diligence
- Draft sale deeds and other property transfer documents
- Manage the daily case list and track hearing schedules
- Check case status and updates on e-Courts
- Conduct legal research using SCC Online, Manupatra, and other databases
- Maintain both digital and physical records of all legal documents
- Assist advocates with document preparation and analysis for drafting
- Optional: In-Court assistance
Qualifications and Skills
- A degree related to law, or a minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal.
- Proficiency in document preparation, analysis, and drafting assistance.
- Working knowledge of e-Courts, Manupatra, SCC Online, and similar legal research platforms.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Prior experience with property law is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of property title verification is preferred but not required.
- Telugu reading skills preferred — ability to read Pahanis and other handwritten records.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday–Saturday; 2nd Saturdays are holidays
Trial Period: 1 month, with a stipend of ₹15,000
Post-Trial: Salary to be discussed based on performance
