· Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety policies and procedures.
· Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Identify potential hazards and risks, and recommend corrective measures.
· Ensure compliance with local safety laws, building codes, and industry regulations (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH).
· Provide safety training and toolbox talks to workers, supervisors, and engineers.
· Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement preventive measures.
· Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure proper safety gear is worn.
· Maintain safety records, incident reports, and risk assessment documentation.
· Coordinate with project managers and engineers to develop emergency response plans.
· Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all workers adhere to safety protocols.
· Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, risk assessment, and hazard control.
· Certification in NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or equivalent safety training.
· Familiarity with first aid, fire prevention, and emergency response procedures.
· Strong communication and leadership skills to enforce safety regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
