Roles & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders via email, calls, and messages
- Support training coordination and monitor effectiveness
- Handle export operations and related documentation
- Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and task completion
- Manage task delegation and follow-ups
- Assist in project execution and provide suitable options to management
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Excel and other tools
- Track departmental data and communicate updates to relevant teams
- Maintain contact database and organize key information for management
- Prepare company documents, applications, and reports as required
- Perform additional tasks assigned by HOD/Directors
