Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist – Job Description (3 Years’ Experience)
We are looking for a skilled Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist with 3+ years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in lead generation, performance marketing, and campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Handle Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Create campaign strategies based on business goals and target audience.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- A/B test ad creatives, copies, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Improve campaign performance through continuous optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and remarketing campaigns.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation and performance marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
